Absolute position landing system
Environmentally
The regenerative system is a standard conguration in high-speed control. It will take the energy generated from the motor when the elevator is running full-load down or no-load up and feed it back to the grid system of the building, which can be used by other power equipment, thereby reducing power consumption.
For regenerative system, Active Front End (AFE) is the most eective solution. AFE can be used to satisfy the most stringent harmonic distortion levels (THDi < 5%). An AFE solution can provide a cost advantage in comparison to multiple parallel line regenerative units with harmonic lters.
EMC
The Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) and interference suppression of the elevator controller is the basis for the safe operation of elevators. With precise design, the EMC lter with current and voltage limiting functions is suitable for high-speed elevator control applications to ensure the stable operation of the system.
It meets EMC standards (EN12015, EN12016, EN61000-4, etc.) Reduce feeder cable radiation interference; reduce input current spikes and suppress system interference; reduce system low-frequency interference generated by the full-wave rectier circuit. Harmonic lter is an innovative solution with very small size and can be easily embedded in the elevator control system.
